We have created our signature Nourish course to give women the opportunity to create space for themselves to learn more about mindfulness. This course has been written by two experienced clinical psychologists who have many years of using mindfulness in their clinical practice in addition to teaching other health professionals about its use. They will also teach you the very latest techniques from positive psychology to enable you to achieve greater well-being and happiness. Compassion for ourselves and others underpins this course and you will have the opportunity to learn how to grow this in your life. Your trainers will teach you compassionate-mind exercises, which aim to reduce self-criticism and improve self-esteem.
Courses will be starting in October 2017 and there are two options:
6 sessions on Friday afternoons 12:15-13:45
2 sessions on Sundays 10:30 – 3.30
The course includes two individual 30 minute 1:1 sessions with one of our experienced clinical psychologists to help you get the most out of the course.
Courses will have up to 12 participants and will be held at 1010 Cambourne Business Park.
